Y Combinator has announced an early selection process for the gas pedal.
You can apply for the early selection until January 27, after its review the participant will be called for an interview in early February. You can apply for the regular selection in 2021 until March 5, the interviews take place at the end of April.
Though summer admissions officially starts in June 2021, entrepreneurs will be able to access many YC resources in advance.
In addition, the gas pedal has created mechanisms by which more applications can be considered and more entrepreneurs can be interviewed. “We know that every day counts for startups, especially in the beginning,” YC said. The gas pedal hopes this will give entrepreneurs more “flexibility.”
