The device was tested in Finland.
In Helsinki and Espoo, a quiet robot vacuum cleaner Trombi a Free was tested, according to Cities Today.
The Trombia Free is a self-contained electrical device. The robot consumes only 15% of the energy and a small amount of water that a conventional cleaning machine would need, and does not produce harmful emissions. The device notices obstacles and pedestrians on the way. During operation, the robot was monitored by an operator.
The outdoor vacuum cleaner is one of the developments of Trombia Technologies. Tests of “smart” technology on the streets of Finland are conducted by the company Jätkäsaari Mobility Lab. The most successful developments will be implemented in other cities of the country.
