Everyone eats so everyone has an opinion about food. But if health is the objective, mere opinion doesn’t count nor does fad or majority rule. Most people think the average cooked diet based upon official food pyramids is just fine. Some eat predominantly fast food.
On the other hand, there are also people who only eat green plant foods or milk etc. There are also other food items like juices, products of soybeans and the rice and grains that are cooked. Everyone participates in the arguments depending on their own beliefs.
There are various examples showing those people who have saved their life from disease and are living a long life. There are some people who argue about the morality and the ethics related to it. These people had a thought that the life of an animal should not be sacrificed for the purpose of food. Some of them set the eating habits that are made in a holy style.
Some people have the opinion that they would eat the food item that contains good taste in it and they do not demand anything more. These days it is noticed that the food habits of human beings are changing and they are gaining a religious outlook. Some people have a guarded feeling about their food and does not like if anyone interferes in it.
If you select a wrong food item, you will see the harmful effects after some period of time. The content of the nutrition can pass through generations. The different food habits of different people can be explained as the different religion found in today’s world, in which the ultimate thing is truth.
The bodies of human beings are made in such a way that it can be adjusted to several things. If you eat wrong type of food, there are chances that you will not get affected immediately. You will see in later part of your life that the body will lose their adapting quality and will gradually become weak.
