Blogging has become something of o phenomenon over the last few years or so. It is safe to say that most of the people that have done anything online will have posted a blog of one kind or another at some point in time. Blogging is certainly a good resource to get your message in front of many viewers quite easily.
Blogging can also be a good way to earn extra money online. This can be done by creating your own website and posting your blog on it and then having it hosted on a server or by using a free blog site such as blogger.com or wordpress.com.
It is fair to say that blogger.com is by far the easier of the two free sites to set up and run but WordPress can offer you a lot more independence as well as giving you more control over your blogs. Depending on who you ask, you’ll get an endorsement for one service over the other. The bottom line is that they’re both great.
The way to make money on these sites is to have some product to sell and then write an article that relates to that certain product indirectly.
The next step would be to submit your written article to one of the many article directories as well as publishing it on your blog. This would then give you links from the directory to your blog which should in turn place your blog higher up the rankings in many of the search engines. This in turn could get you more potential visitors and of course customers.
As blogging is an interactive medium it means that others can place their comments on your blog. In the same way you could post comments on other blogs that you see.
If the blog is relevant to your product you could make a comment and link it back to your blog. This can be another good way to attract potential customers.
This just goes to show that by simply using blogs and submitting to article directories you can quite effectively bring potential customers to see your product which can make you extra cash.
