Intel has released a report on the results of the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2020 and the full year as a whole.
The processor giant’s revenue for the fourth quarter was $ 20 billion, down 1%. Net profit fell 15% to $ 5.9 billion. At the same time, for the full year, revenue increased by 8%, reaching $ 77.9 billion, while net profit decreased by only 1%, to $ 20.9 billion. Annual revenue once again became a record for Intel.
It is also worth noting the results of the main divisions of the company. The Client Computing Group division for the quarter showed a decline in revenue by 9%, to $ 10.9 billion, and at the end of the year it recorded an increase of 8%, to $ 40.1 billion.
The Data Center Group division also showed a decline last quarter, but by 16%, to $ 6.1 billion, while ending the year with revenue growth of 11%, to $ 26.1 billion.
